Southern BBQ Nachos
Tortilla chips loaded with pulled pork barbecue, cheese, and jalapeños.
Ingredients
- 1.00 bag tortilla chips
- 1.00 cup pulled pork
- 0.50 cup barbecue sauce
- 1.00 cup cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cup jalapeños
- 0.25 cup red onion
- 0.50 cup coleslaw
- sour cream

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Spread chips on a baking sheet.

Toss pulled pork with barbecue sauce and scatter over chips.

Top with shredded cheese and jalapeños.

Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven and top with diced red onion and coleslaw.
