Southern Buttermilk Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients
- 2.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 1.00 tbsp baking powder
- 1.00 tsp salt
- 0.50 tsp baking soda
- 6.00 tbsp cold butter
- 0.75 cup buttermilk
- 1.00 lb bulk pork sausage
- 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
- 2.00 cup whole milk
- 0.50 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 tsp salt

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together.

Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
