Breakfast Casserole with Biscuits
Refrigerated biscuits layered with eggs, sausage and cheese in a baking dish.
Ingredients
- 1.00 cup an refrigerated biscuits
- 1.00 lb breakfast sausage
- 8.00 l arge eggs
- 1.00 cup whole milk
- 1.00 tsp dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 2.00 cup cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Cut each biscuit into quarters and spread in the bottom of the dish.

Brown sausage in a skillet, drain, and crumble over biscuits.

Whisk together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour over sausage and biscuits.

Top with shredded cheese.

Bake 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
