Pork and Greens
Salt pork braised with a mix of collards, turnip, and mustard greens.
Ingredients
- 2.00 lb pork shoulder , cubed
- 2.00 bunches collard greens , chopped
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
- 4.00 cup chicken broth
- 1.00 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt , pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

Brown pork cubes in a large pot.

Remove and set aside.

Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Return pork to pot.

Add broth and bring to a boil.

Simmer covered 1 hour.

Add collard greens.

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Cook covered 45 more minutes until greens and pork are very tender.
