Cream Chipped Beef on Toast
Creamy dried beef gravy served over toast — old school Southern breakfast.
Ingredients
- 4.00 oz dried chipped beef
- 3.00 tbsp butter
- 3.00 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2.00 cup whole milk
- black pepper
- 4.00 slice white toast

Rinse chipped beef under cold water to reduce saltiness, then tear into pieces.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add beef and cook 2 minutes.

Sprinkle flour over beef and stir to coat.
