Ingredients

  • 3.00 ripe bananas , mashed
  • 1.00 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1.00 tsp baking powder
  • 0.50 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1.00 l arge egg
  • 2.00 tbsp milk
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

    Mix mashed bananas, egg, and milk together.

    Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and stir until just combined.

    Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.

    Drop heaping tablespoons of batter into hot oil.
