  • 2.00 eggs for coating
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 8.00 l arge eggs for poaching
  • 4.00 english muffins , split and toasted
  • 1.00 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 8.00 slice canadian bacon

Instructions
