Shredded hashbrowns mixed with cheese and cooked in a waffle iron until crispy.

- 3.00 cup frozen hash browns , thawed and squeezed dry
- 2.00 l arge eggs
- 1.00 cup cheddar cheese
- 0.25 cup green onions
- salt and pepper
- sour cream and hot sauce

Preheat and grease waffle iron.

Mix hash browns, eggs, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
