Chicken and Rice Casserole
Tender chicken and fluffy rice baked together with cream of mushroom soup.
Ingredients
- 4.00 boneless chicken breasts
- 2.00 cup long-grain white rice
- 1.00 cup an cream of chicken soup
- 1.00 cup an cream of mushroom soup
- 2.00 cup chicken broth
- 1.00 onion , diced
- salt , pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- 2.00 tbsp butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Spread uncooked rice in the bottom of the dish.

Mix soups, broth, onion, and seasonings together.

Pour half the soup mixture over rice.

Place chicken breasts on top.

Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.

Dot with butter.

Cover tightly with foil.

Bake 1 hour 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
