Keto Chicken and Cauliflower Casserole
Tender chicken roasted cauliflower cream cheese and melted cheddar baked into one bubbling comforting casserole.
Ingredients
- 2.00 lbs chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 1.00 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 8.00 oz cream cheese softened
- 1.00 cup sharp cheddar shredded
- 1.00 cup sour cream
- 1.00 cup chicken broth
- 3.00 cloves garlic minced
- 1.00 tsp onion powder
- 1.00 tsp garlic powder
- 0.00 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1.00 cup bacon bits

Preheat oven to 375F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Roast cauliflower florets at 400F for 20 minutes until tender and lightly browned.

Beat cream cheese sour cream chicken broth garlic onion powder and garlic powder together until smooth.

Fold in shredded chicken and roasted cauliflower.
