Pecan Clusters
Toasted pecans covered in caramel and dipped in dark chocolate.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup pecan halves
- 1.00 cup sugar
- 0.50 cup heavy cream
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- 1.00 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions

Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 5 minutes.

Set aside.

Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Combine sugar, cream, and butter in a saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring, until mixture reaches 238ยฐF on a candy thermometer.

Remove from heat.

Stir in vanilla and salt.

Add pecans and stir quickly to coat.

Drop heaping tablespoons onto parchment.

Work fast as candy sets quickly.
