Peanut Butter Fudge
Creamy old fashioned peanut butter fudge made on the stovetop.
Ingredients
- 2.00 cup sugar
- 0.50 cup whole milk
- 0.50 cup butter
- 1.00 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1.00 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt

Butter an 8x8 baking dish.

Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a heavy saucepan.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring.

Boil without stirring until mixture reaches 235-240ยฐF on a candy thermometer.

Remove from heat.

Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt quickly.

Beat vigorously until mixture thickens and loses its gloss.
