Oven Fried Chicken
Crispy oven-baked chicken that tastes just like fried without the oil.
Ingredients
- 3.00 lb chicken pieces
- 2.00 cup buttermilk
- 2.00 cup breadcrumbs
- 1.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 2.00 tsp garlic powder
- 2.00 tsp paprika
- 1.00 tsp salt
- 1.00 tsp pepper
- 4.00 tbsp butter

Marinate chicken in buttermilk 2 hours.

Mix breadcrumbs, flour, and all spices.
