Keto Deviled Eggs
No Southern gathering is complete without deviled eggs. This classic version is naturally keto and always the first to go.
Ingredients
- 12.00 large eggs
- 1.00 cup mayonnaise
- 2.00 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1.00 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1.00 tsp hot sauce
- 0.00 Salt and white pepper to taste
- 0.00 Smoked paprika for garnish
- 0.00 Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions

Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water by 1 inch.

Bring to a boil then remove from heat cover and let sit 12 minutes.

Transfer eggs to an ice bath and cool completely.

Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

Pop yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork.

Add mayonnaise mustard apple cider vinegar and hot sauce and mix until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt and white pepper.

Pipe or spoon filling back into egg white halves.

Dust with smoked paprika and snip chives on top.
