Ingredients

  • 2.00 lb large shrimp , peeled and deveined
  • 1.00 cup cornmeal
  • 0.50 cup flour
  • 1.00 tsp cajun seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 2.00 eggs
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • cocktail sauce and lemon wedges

Instructions

    Mix cornmeal, flour, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

    Dip shrimp in beaten egg then dredge in cornmeal mixture.
