Cream Cheese Pound Cake
A tender cream cheese pound cake with a golden crust.
Ingredients
- 3.00 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1.00 cup butter
- 8.00 oz cream cheese
- 3.00 cup sugar
- 6.00 l arge eggs
- 2.00 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a large tube pan.

Beat butter and cream cheese together until very smooth and fluffy.

Gradually add sugar and beat 5 minutes.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

Stir in flour and salt.

Add vanilla.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in pan 15 minutes then turn out.
