Pan-fried bologna on white bread with mustard and American cheese.
Ingredients
- 4.00 thick slices bologna
- 4.00 slice white bread
- 2.00 tbsp vegetable oil
- yellow mustard
- pickles
- : cheese , mayo

Score each bologna slice with an X to prevent buckling.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry bologna 2-3 minutes per side until browned and slightly crispy at the edges.
