Collard Green Wraps
Tender collard green leaves used as wraps filled with pulled pork and slaw.
Ingredients
- 8.00 l arge collard green leaves , stems trimmed
- 2.00 cup cooked pulled pork or chicken
- 1.00 cup coleslaw
- 0.50 cup barbecue sauce
- 0.50 cup pickled jalapeños
Instructions

Blanch collard leaves in boiling water 30 seconds to soften.

Lay flat on a work surface.

Place a spoonful of pulled pork or chicken on each leaf.

Top with coleslaw, a drizzle of barbecue sauce, and pickled jalapeños.

Roll up tightly like a burrito.
