Chicken and Dumpling Casserole
All the comfort of chicken and dumplings baked into an easy casserole.
Ingredients
- 3.00 cup cooked chicken , shredded
- 1.00 cup frozen peas
- 1.00 cup carrots
- 1.00 cup an cream of chicken soup
- 1.00 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- dumpling topping: 2 cups flour , 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 3/4 cup whole milk, 1/3 cup melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix chicken, peas, carrots, soup, and broth.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour into a 9x13 greased baking dish.

Mix dumpling ingredients until just combined.

Drop spoonfuls over chicken mixture.

Bake 30-35 minutes until dumplings are golden and cooked through and filling is bubbly.
