Ingredients

  • 3.00 cup cooked chicken , shredded
  • 1.00 cup frozen peas
  • 1.00 cup carrots
  • 1.00 cup an cream of chicken soup
  • 1.00 cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • dumpling topping: 2 cups flour , 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 3/4 cup whole milk, 1/3 cup melted butter

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Mix chicken, peas, carrots, soup, and broth.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Pour into a 9x13 greased baking dish.

    Mix dumpling ingredients until just combined.

    Drop spoonfuls over chicken mixture.

    Bake 30-35 minutes until dumplings are golden and cooked through and filling is bubbly.
