Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole
Chicken and wild rice baked with cream of chicken soup and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 3.00 cup cooked chicken , diced
- 1.50 cup wild rice blend , cooked
- 1.00 cup an cream of chicken soup
- 1.00 cup sour cream
- 0.50 cup chicken broth
- 1.00 onion , diced
- 1.00 cup mushrooms
- 0.50 cup almonds
- salt and pepper
- 2.00 tbsp butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter.

Mix soup, sour cream, and broth together.

Combine with chicken, cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, salt, and pepper.

Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
