Country Ham and Eggs
Thick-cut country ham pan-fried to perfection served alongside sunny side up eggs.
Ingredients
- 4.00 slice country ham , 1/4 inch thick
- 4.00 l arge eggs
- 2.00 tbsp butter
- salt and black pepper
Instructions

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Add country ham slices and cook 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned.

Remove ham and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add butter to skillet.

Crack eggs into skillet and cook sunny side up, about 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve eggs alongside ham.
