  • 0.50 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1.00 bell pepper , diced
  • 3.00 stalks celery , diced
  • 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 1.00 cup an tomatoes
  • 2.00 cup fish or chicken broth
  • 1.00 tsp cajun seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • cooked white rice

Instructions
