  • 1.00 lb chicken thighs , diced
  • 1.00 lb andouille sausage , sliced
  • 1.00 lb shrimp , peeled
  • 2.00 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1.00 onion , diced
  • 1.00 g reen bell pepper , diced
  • 3.00 stalks celery , diced
  • 4.00 cup loves garlic , minced
  • 1.00 cup an tomatoes
  • 4.00 cup chicken broth
  • 2.00 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • green onions

Instructions

    Brown chicken and sausage in a large heavy pot.

    Remove and set aside.

    Sautรฉ onion, bell pepper, and celery until softened.

    Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

    Return chicken and sausage to pot.

    Add tomatoes, broth, and Cajun seasoning.
