Bourbon Pecan Pie
A classic pecan pie spiked with Kentucky bourbon and dark corn syrup.
Ingredients
- 1.00 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 3.00 l arge eggs
- 1.00 cup light corn syrup
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 3.00 tbsp butter
- 3.00 tbsp bourbon
- 1.00 tsp vanilla
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1.50 cup pecan halves
