Ingredients
- 8.00 l arge biscuits , baked and split
- 1.00 lb breakfast sausage , cooked and crumbled
- 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
- 2.00 cup whole milk
- salt and pepper
- 2.00 cup cheddar cheese
- 6.00 l arge eggs , scrambled

Make sausage gravy: after cooking sausage, sprinkle with flour, pour in milk, stir until thick, season.

Arrange split biscuit bottoms on a large baking sheet.
