Banana Bread Pudding
Banana bread pudding with a rich vanilla custard and caramel sauce.
Ingredients
- 6.00 cup day-old white bread cubed
- 3.00 ripe bananas mashed
- 4.00 l arge eggs
- 2.00 cup whole milk
- 1.00 cup heavy cream
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 0.25 cup butter
- 2.00 tsp vanilla
- 1.00 tsp cinnamon
- caramel sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 dish.

Place bread in dish.

Whisk mashed bananas with eggs, milk, cream, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Pour over bread and press down.

Soak 15 minutes.

Bake 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
