  • 1.00 cup cocoa powder
  • 1.00 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.00 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • caramel layer: 1 cup brown sugar , 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 pan.

    Melt butter and whisk with sugar.

    Beat in eggs one at a time.

    Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla, and salt.

    Spread half the brownie batter in pan.

    Make caramel by cooking brown sugar and butter until bubbly, stirring in cream and pecans.
