Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli baked with cheddar, cream of mushroom, and crushed crackers.
Ingredients
- 4.00 cup fresh broccoli florets , steamed
- 1.00 cup an cream of mushroom soup
- 1.00 cup mayonnaise
- 2.00 l arge eggs
- 1.00 cup cheddar cheese
- 1.00 onion , finely diced
- salt and pepper
- 1.00 sleeve ritz crackers , crushed with 3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Mix soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheddar, onion, salt, and pepper together.

Fold in steamed broccoli.

Pour into prepared dish.

Top with buttered cracker crumbles.

Bake 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
