  • 4.00 cup fresh broccoli florets , steamed
  • 1.00 cup an cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.00 cup mayonnaise
  • 2.00 l arge eggs
  • 1.00 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1.00 onion , finely diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1.00 sleeve ritz crackers , crushed with 3 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

    Mix soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheddar, onion, salt, and pepper together.

    Fold in steamed broccoli.
